Create Local Repository and push to Github

Recently, I am trying to set up a git hub project for my personal project. Here is a note about how I did this for the first time on Windows 8 and Mac.

1.Create a account on github.
2. Download github app for both Windows 8 and Mac.
3. Use app to create local repository, use command to add the repository onto github.

• Use Repository-> Open in Terminal on Mac or Tools and Options -> Open a shell here on Windows to open a command line. 
• Run command line : "git init", "touch README", "git commit -m 'first commit'", "git push origin master".
• Create a new file in local repository, commit it, and sync the repository. 

Then the new file should be in the Repository.
